In the beginning of this year James and me set up a 2man-studio here in Berlin. We are fried-onions - this name won over ” a pig in a bag” - which i still like very much. But, decisions have to be made. Anyway, we are now working on a couple of film-projects, once done i will post them….until then, bye.
This week i saw a very good interactive exhibition in the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin, called “From Spark to Pixel”. And there have been some projects which really impressed me. But i think the best one for me was “Scream”, a 3D animated sculpture from Gregory Barsamian.
When i entered the room i was really flashed, perhaps because i never saw an 3D-”Flipbook” (cause actually this piece works like a Zoetrope with strobe lights), or perhaps because i felt like entering in someones dream.
